WINDER – 2ND SHIFT
Set up and operate machine to wind continuous strips of foil and mica paper, inserting flag lead after specified number of turns, to form a capacitor.
SALES PROFESSIONAL
Responsible for direct sales to the Company’s international and domestic markets. Develop and maintain most favorable relations with customers while working toward meeting/exceeding sales targets. Promote engineering and sales efforts through various media including in-person sales calls.
Candidates must possess proven sales experience, strong understanding of electronics, and exemplary communication skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. Background in military/defense industry a plus.
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Provide supervision to engineering staff and participate in the development of high voltage products and their related manufacturing processes. Analyze and, using engineering methods and techniques, transform customer requirements into specific high voltage products such as, but not limited to, capacitors, RC Networks, bus bars and other complex assemblies.
Strong candidates will possess BSEE/MSEE, a minimum of 10 years of proven design experience, previous management experience, and knowledge of statistics, reliability, experimental design and partial discharge concepts.
