Single Conductor Bus Bars
Custom-machined, formed and plated copper
bus bars having bushings, connectors or
other special hardware installed by pressfitting
or soldering. Insulation may be applied
using powdercoating or commercial heatshrink
tubing specified by the customer.
Multi-layer Bus Bar Assemblies
Two or more copper conductors insulated
from one another by a dielectric material such
as: Powder-coating, Mylar®, Kapton®,
Nomex®, G10…etc. The components are
custom shaped/formed then bonded together
using an adhesive and/or mechanical system.
Like single conductor bus bars, multi-layer
assemblies may also have a variety of
bushings, connectors and other hardware
installed.
Integrated Energy Storage Assemblies
Typically IESAs consist of a multi-layer bus
bar assembly combined with a group of
CEI custom-film capacitors.
The bus bar assembly and capacitors are
designed and manufactured to meet the
customer’s specific electrical, mechanical and
